Desert Star Homes has been building custom homes throughout the Phoenix area. We use only the highest quality building materials, offer exceptional layouts, and incorporate gorgeous design enhancements to ensure you have the home of your dreams.

Custom Homes

When you build a custom home, it becomes what you want it to be. You can choose from a wide range of custom design elements, from the colors of the walls and framed ceiling treatments to the number of lights in the hallway.

Along with designing exquisite custom homes, we offer in-house custom framing, which allows Desert Star to control each build more efficiently. As a result, our customers have more framing details, changes, and upgrade options at little or no cost to them.

To make sure that our homes pass the test of time, we offer a standard two-year warranty, but you can trust that our homes will provide you with many years of enjoyment because we are committed to homeowners’ long-term satisfaction.

Design & Build

Designing and building your own home is an extensive project. Having someone you trust to guide you through is essential.

At no extra cost, homeowners can consult with our in-house designer, Vicki Beaudoin, an NCIDQ- and ASID-certified designer. Vicki works with each client to ensure that the important details of colors, cabinetry, window treatments, and more suit both your taste and budget.

The decisions are in your hands, and we have the experience and expertise necessary to make sure the designing and building of your home is an efficient, smooth, and stress-free process.

If moving into a bigger home is not an option, Desert Star will help you design and build the perfect addition to meet the needs of your changing family. Accommodating a budget and working with multiple family members to make sure the addition is exactly what your family desires is one of our many specialties.

Whether you want to add another bedroom, an exercise room, an office, or any other space in order to live more comfortably, we will help you make the most out of your square footage.
